29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:   a. On a 5:12 pitched roof of a temporary residential worksite located at 9471 Balsam Fir Court in Jacksonville, Florida 32208:  On or about October 10, 2023, the employer exposed subcontracted employees to fall hazards ranging from 8.5 to 18-foot, in that fall protection were not utilized by employees while performing roofing work.
