29 CFR 1910.1000(a)(2): Employees were exposed to an airborne concentration of carbon monoxide listed in Table Z-1 in excess of the 8-hour Time-Weighted Average concentration of 50 ppm:  On or about 10/10/2023 at 2120 SW 32nd Avenue, Miami, FL 33145, an employee was exposed to an 8-hour time-weighted average (TWA) of 149.0 ppm of carbon monoxide when working inside the facility using a ride-on gas-powered Beton Trowel BT120/2/5/PFV35.1 to finish the concrete floor.
