29 CFR  1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:   a.  At 21695 Milwaukee Street, Robertsdale Dental, Robertsdale, Alabama:  On October 16, 2023, the employer failed to ensure employees performing framing activities were using fall protection exposing his employees to a fall hazard of up to 20 feet 2 inches to the ground below.

29 CFR  1926.1052(c)(1)(i): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with at least one handrail:   a.  At 21695 Milwaukee Street, Robertsdale Dental, Robertsdale, Alabama:  On October 16, 2023, the employer allowed his employees to use a stairway that did not have a handrail installed exposing his employees to a fall hazard of up to 14 feet 5 inches to the ground below.
