29 CFR 1904.29(b)(1): A log of all recordable work-related injuries and illnesses (OSHA Form 300 or equivalent), was not completed in the detail as required by the regulation:  On or about October 16, 2023, and at times prior thereto, the employer did not complete the description in column F of OSHA's Form 300 for the year 2023. The information entered did not describe injury or illness, parts of the body affected, and the objects or substances that directly injured or made the person ill in the following instances (a-b):   a)	An entry on the 2023 OSHA 300 log form for June 5, 2023, did not describe the specific injury and object that affected parts of an employee's body and resulted in a recordable injury incident.  b)	An entry on the 2023 OSHA 300 log form for October 6, 2023, did not describe the specific injury and object that affected parts of an employee's body and resulted in a recordable injury incident.
