29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b).  On or about October 17, 2023, and at times prior thereto, employees engaged in framing activities without fall protection were exposed to unprotected fall hazards of approximately 8 feet to the ground below.

29 CFR  1926.416(e)(1): Worn or frayed electric cords or cables were used.  On or about October 17, 2023, employees performing framing work utilized an extension cord with the outer sheathing split exposing internal wiring. The employees were exposed to electrical shock hazards.
