29 CFR 1926.251(a)(2)(iii): The employer failed to ensure that rigging without affixed, legible identification markings, required by paragraph (a)(2)(i) of this section was not used:   On or about October 17, 2023, and at times prior thereto, employees used rigging equipment to move a trench box that did not have affixed identification markings that would indicate the safe working load and use, exposing them to struck-by hazards.
