29 CFR  1926.501(b)(1):Each employee on a walking/working surface having an unprotected side or edge which was six or more feet (1.8m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest system:  At the temporary construction site located at 13400 W 13th St. N. Wichita, KS, employees engaged in commercial framing activities were exposed to fall hazards. Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 30 feet from the working surface to the ground in that fall protection was not utilized.
