The use of a body belt in a tethering system or in a restraint system is acceptable and is regulated:   (a) Jobsite at 31 S. Grove Avenue, Elgin, IL 60120 - On or about October 18, 2023, an employee performing caulking operations from the platform of a JLG 460SJ telescopic boom lift, around 21 (twenty-one) feet above the ground, was wearing a personal fall arrest harness without straps secured buckled around legs, thereby exposing the employee to fall hazards.  Abatement documentation is not required of this item.
