29 CFR  1910.244(a)(2)(iii): Loads were not cribbed, blocked or otherwise secured immediately after being raised with a jack:  On or about 10/18/2023, and at times prior to, at 11900 SW 222nd St. Miami, FL 33170, an employee was exposed to a crushing hazard while replacing leaf spring bushings on a 2010 Freightliner Columbia 120 #27 truck that was not cribbed, blocked, or otherwise secured immediately after being raised by a 20-ton welded air bottle jack.
