(a) European Wax Center located at 128 North 4th Street, Brooklyn NY  Throughout the facility, employees performing wax services, are exposed to the hazards of chemicals. The employees are exposed to chemicals such as, but not limited to,  Barbicide� TB, Lucacide, Cavacide, Preempt wipes, Clorox and Alcohol. The employer failed to provide effective information and training on hazardous chemicals being used in the facilities for cleaning and waxing services.
