29 CFR  1910.212(a)(3)(ii): The point of operation machine guards were not designed or constructed as to prevent the operator from having any part of his body in the danger zone during the operating cycle:   On or about October 10, 2023, and at times prior, at a workshop located at 7010 Barbour Road, Riviera Beach, FL, 33407, employees were exposed to an amputation hazard while operating a hydraulic press brake (i.e. Atlantic Machine Tools - Model No. HDE 120.10.8 - Serial No. 57328)  that lacked a  guard.
