29 CFR  1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s):  (a) On or before 10/21/2023 the employer did not ensure that the new residential development, harmony, was adequately supervised on weekends as crews were working. Subcontractor employees were exposed to fall hazards while framing a new townhome building. This condition exposed subcontractor employees to fall hazards.
