29 CFR  1926.416(a)(1):  Employees were permitted to work in proximity to electric power circuits and were not protected against electric shock by de-energizing and grounding the circuits or effectively guarding the circuits by insulation or other means:  a)  On October  24, 2023, employees performing roofing work were not protected from accidental contact to a 120/240 volt live power line.  No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):  Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor were the employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b):   a)  On October 24, 2023, employees engaged in roofing work were not protected from fall hazards while working at an elevation of approximately 9.4 feet above the ground.  No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.
