The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1462753, citation no. 1, item no. 1, and was affirmed as a final order on June 30, 2020, with respect to a workplace at Lacey, WA.
