29 CFR  1910.303(b)(7)(i): Unused openings in boxes, raceways, auxiliary gutters, cabinets, equipment cases, or housings were not effectively closed to afford protection substantially equivalent to the wall of the equipment.    a) Assembly Area:  Employee exposed to an electrical shock from an electrical panel that had a unused opening that was not effectively closed, on or about 10/26/2023.  b) Stamping Department: Employees exposed to an electrical shock from the exposed wiring on the electrical box that was missing the cover on the ZEH & Hahnemann Company Stamping machine, on or about 10/26/2023.
