29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii): Procedures did not clearly and specifically outline the scope, purpose, authorization, rules, and techniques to be utilized for the control of hazardous energy, and the means to enforce compliance including, but not limited to, 29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii)(A), (c)(4)(ii)(B), (c)(4)(ii)(C) and (c)(4)(ii)(D): On or about October 24, 2023, and at times prior thereto, select energy control procedures for specialized Nucor Insulated Panel Group ? Lewisville equipment listed below, did not expressly identify in the energy sources portion of the procedure every energy source to be isolated, and did not expressly outline the specific techniques to take to isolate these energy sources and/or how to achieve a zero-energy state: a) Folder East and West b) Conveyor between Folders c) Dust Collector d) Flat Stock Decoiler e) Flat Stock Shear f) Gun Head System g) Jorns Folder h) Coil Cars i) Laminator j) Chemical Pumps.
