29 CFR 1910.22(d)(1): The employer did not ensure that walking-working surfaces are inspected, regularly and as necessary, and maintained in a safe condition:   a)  Facility, 663 Napor Boulevard, Pittsburgh, PA:  On or about October 20, 2023, the employer did not maintain the floors in the production area in a clean and safe condition.   Employees were exposed to slip and fall hazards from the accumulation of cornmill and other dry ingredients on the floor.
