OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that the employer did not provide adequate training to employees regarding the hazards associated with working near trailers carrying guests through a dark wooded trail.  a) Cemetery Site: On or about 10/28/2023, the employer did not ensure that employees were adequately trained to work within an arm's reach of moving trailers during a haunted entertainment ride, while performing scare acting techniques.

Adequate first aid supplies were not readily available:  a) Cemetery Site: On or about 10/28/2023, the employer did not ensure that each operating tractor and trailer was equipped with a first aid kit and a person trained and available to perform first aid on the jobsite.
