29 CFR  1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system.  Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system.   a) 1507 A Street Wilmington, DE 19801 (Roof Top): On or about October 30, 2023, and days prior to, employees were exposed to a fall hazard when working at elevations greater than 6 feet above grade while painting a commercial roof without proper use of a fall protection systems.  In the alternative:  29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface having an unprotected side or edge which was six or more feet (1.8m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest system:

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(4): Each employee on walking/working surfaces shall be protected from falling through holes (including skylights) more than 6 feet (1.8 m) above lower levels, by personal fall arrest systems, covers, or guardrail systems erected around such holes.  a) 1507 A Street Wilmington, DE 19801 (Roof Top): On or about October 30, 2023, employees were exposed to a fall hazard when working at elevations greater than 6 feet above grade while working on a commercial roof with unguarded skylights.
