A): 1550 White Plains Road, Bronx - NY: An employee was exposed to fall hazards and did fall approximately 10-feet while working on fabricated framed scaffold. The exposed employee stepped off of the last step of the scaffold and fell off of the side approximately 10-feet to the ground below. The scaffold did not have a complete guardrail system or any other means of fall protection, on or about, October 19th, 2023.
