29 CFR  1910.151(c):Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:  A.) Plastek Industries Inc. DBA Plastek Group, Warehouse, On or about 10/30/23 and times prior thereto: Employees were potentially exposed to corrosive chemicals including, but not limit to, sulfuric acid from forklifts during periodic servicing. Portable eye wash stations were inspected at a monthly interval instead of inspected weekly.  ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below).  This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
