29 CFR  1926.20(b)(2): Such programs had not provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to have been made by competent persons designated by the employers.  On or about October 31, 2023, Cambridge Wilson & Co., did not conduct an adequate inspection of the job site, materials, and equipment at a site located at 584 North Point Prairie Road in Wentzville, Missouri. Employees were exposed to fall hazards while roofing a two-story residential building without utilizing fall protection.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels had not been protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.  On or about October 31, 2023, Cambridge Wilson & Co., LLC did not ensure that each employee roofing a residential building at least 10 feet above the lower level was protected from falls by personal fall arrest systems in a worksite at 584 North Point Prairie Road in Wentzville, Missouri.
