OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that the employees were exposed to tipover/rollover, crushing, and drowning hazards.  a) On or about October 31, 2023, the employer failed to protect operators of commercial lawnmowers from tipover/rollover hazards while working at a jobsite located at 6-10 Club House Lane in Fairfield, Ohio. Employees were permitted to operate commercial lawnmowers, including but not limited to a Gravely Pro-Turn 672 72" riding zero-turn lawnmower and a Spartan XTF zero-turn lawnmower without the use of the manufacturer's Rollover Protective Structure (ROPS).
