29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.  On or about 1 November 2023, employees of Pepe Gomez Lopez dba Pepe Gomez Lopez were exposed to fall hazards while working on the roof of a residential building located at 1602 Polar Drive in Wentzville, Missouri. The employees were removing roofing materials without fall protection.
