29 CFR  1910.37(b)(5):Each doorway or passage along an exit access that could be mistaken for an exit was not marked "Not an Exit" or similar designation, or be identified by a sign indicating its actual use (e.g. closet):  Location: Main shop area.  On or about 11/2/23, the employer did not ensure that multiple doorways located within the work space were not marked with "Not an Exit." Employees working in this area may mistake these doors as potential emergency exits, and may experience delays in exiting the facility in the event of an emergency.  The following instances include, but are not limited to the following doorways;  a) A doorway on the side of the facility behind the office was not marked with a "Not an Exit" sign.  b) A doorway on the side of the facility behind the office, adjacent to instance b was not marked with a "Not an Exit" sign.

On or about 11/2/23, the employer did not ensure that employees that work with various chemicals, including, but not limited to fertilizers such as Plant-Tone, Holly-Tone, and Bio-Tone had been adequately trained on the hazards of the products, and how to protect themselves from the hazards.
