29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b).  On or about 1 November 2023,  four employees of Cascade Exteriors, LLC were working on the roof of a single-family home located at 145 Pomodora Circle in Wentzville, Missouri. They were not utilizing guardrail systems, a safety net system, or a personal fall arrest system. The employees were observed on the roof of the building without fall protection, exposing them to falls to the ground below.
