This exposed employees to getting debris in their eyes and causing injury to their eyes. This was documented on or about 11/2/2023.

29 CFR  1910.151(c):Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:  At a commercial worksite located at 700 NW Englewood KC MO -- employees were exposed to corrosive materials such as, but not limited to, brake cleaner and sulfuric acid used in car batteries. The eye wash station was not maintained and missing bottle(s). Some eye wash stations did not have any bottles in them preventing the station from being available for immediate emergency use. This was documented on or about 11/2/2023.
