29 CFR 1926.25(a): During the course of construction, alteration, or repairs, debris was not kept cleared from work areas, passageways, and stairs, in and around buildings or other structures:  a) Jobsite - 35 Erick Road Lancaster, PA - On or about November 2, 2023, during the construction of a new commercial building, an employee was working from a JLG 660SJ aerial lift basket where drywall scrap debris was not cleared from work areas and accumulated in the basket floor.  Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and state employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
