29 CFR  1926.600(a)(6)(i): For lines rated 50kV or below, a minimum of 10 feet was not maintained between the energized line and the equipment.   Location - 35 Mill Lane, Littleton, MA.  On or about 11/6/2023, an employee was exposed to electric shock and/or electrocution when the boom of his concrete pumper boom came within inches of  an energized electrical service line.
