At the jobsite, located at 18660 US Highway 441 Mount Dora, FL 32757; on or about 11/7/23, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards, in that employees were conducting stucco operations on a commercial building approximately 8 ft and 14 ft from an unsupported scaffold platform that was not fully planked on the 2nd and 3rd levels.

At the jobsite, located at 18660 US Highway 441 Mount Dora, FL 32757; on or about 11/7/23, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards, in that employees were conducting stucco operations on a commercial building approximately 8 ft and 14 ft from an unsupported scaffold platform which did not contain mud sills to support the foundation.

29 CFR  1926.451(e)(1):When scaffold platforms were more than 2 feet (0.6 m) above or below a point of access, portable ladders, hook-on ladders, attachable ladders, stair towers (scaffold stairways/towers), stairway-type ladders (such as ladder stands), ramps, walkways, integral prefabricated scaffold access, or direct access from other scaffold, structure, personnel hoist, or similar surface was not used.  Cross braces were used as a means of access.  a.) At the jobsite, located at 18660 US Highway 441 Mount Dora, FL 32757; on or about 11/7/23, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards, in that employees were conducting stucco operations on a commercial building approximately 8 ft and 14 ft from an unsupported scaffold platform that did not contain a ladder system to access the platforms.

At the jobsite, located at 18660 US Highway 441 Mount Dora, FL 32757; on or about 11/7/23, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards, in that employees were conducting stucco operations on a commercial building approximately 14 ft from an unsupported scaffold platform that did not contain fall protection on the the 3rd levels.
