29 CFR 1926.403(b)(2): Listed, labeled, or certified equipment was not installed and used in accordance with instructions included in the listing, labeling, or certification:  Site: 248-34 Thebes Ave, Little Neck, NY 11362.  On or about November 07, 2023, employees working on a residential home construction site using a junction box for power source was not mounted and secured. This condition exposes employees to electrical shock hazards.   Note: Because abatement of this violation is already documented in the case file, the employer need not submit certification or documentation of abatement for this violation as normally required by CFR 1903.19.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m)  or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502:   Site: 248-34 Thebes Ave, Little Neck, NY 11362. On or about November 07, 2023, employees engage in residential home construction doing framework and installing plywood on the second-floor platform were working at the edge of that platform without a personnel fall arrest system. The working level was approximately 10-feet from the ground level and employees were exposed to fall hazard.   Note: Because abatement of this violation is already documented in the case file, the employer need not submit certification or documentation of abatement for this violation as normally required by CFR 1903.19.

29 CFR 1926.416(e)(1): Worn or frayed electric cords or cables shall not be used.  Site: 248-34 Thebes Ave, Little Neck, NY 11362.  On or about November 07, 2023, employees working on a residential home construction was using a frayed electrical cord that was used to power a circular saw. This condition exposes employees to electrical shock hazards.   Abatement certification is required pursuant to 29 CFR 1903.19.
