Condition(s) were noted on or about 11/03/2023.

29 CFR  1926.25(a): During the course of construction, alteration, or repairs,  debris was not kept cleared from work areas, passageways, and stairs, in and around buildings or other structures:  A) Location: 61 Dubois Ave, Staten Island, NY 10310  A lack of housekeeping for debris, including removed old siding, exposed employee(s) to tripping hazards when walking/working on the ground below and around scaffolding at the south side of the house during residential siding operations.  The employer did not ensure that walking/working surfaces were kept free from tripping hazards.   Condition(s) were noted on or about 11/03/2023.

A) Location: 61 Dubois Ave, Staten Island, NY 10310  An employee was engaged in vinyl siding removal activities at a residential property, working and walking amidst old siding debris with protruding nails, wearing sneakers that did not afford sufficient puncture-resistance protection for soles.  Condition(s) were noted on or about 11/03/2023
