29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  a) 7594 Starflower Ave., Wesley Chapel, FL, observed on 11/08/2023, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards, in that, an employee in the process of roof decking activities, on a 2 story, 5 in 12 slope roof, was exposed to a 18'6" fall hazard without fall protection installed or utilized.
