29 CFR  1910.1030(f)(3): Following a report of an exposure incident, the employer did not make immediately available to the exposed employee a confidential medical evaluation and follow-up:   (a) The Park MedSpa, 85 Raritan Ave., Suite 410 Highland Park, NJ 08904,  During  a procedure on a patient on or about September 26, 2023, an employee assisting the dermatologist was stuck by a needle containing platelet-rich plasma (PRP). Following this exposure incident involving a patient's blood and/or other potentially infectious material (OPIM), a confidential medical evaluation and follow-up was not made immediately available. Employee(s) perform duties posing foreseeable occupational exposure to bloodborne pathogens that include participation in procedure(s) like injecting patients with Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) and drawing blood, both involving needle syringes, as well as clean-up & waste disposal thereof.
