29 CFR  1926.251(e)(4)(ii): Nylon slings were not kept free of all sharp edges that could in any way damage the webbing.  On or about: November 11, 2023 Location: 16 Wade Sq., Bronx, NY 10457  a) Two nylon slings, Lift-All brand EE2-804D, were placed into openings of a steel frame for exterior wall panels with metal screws pointed towards one the slings. The opening of the steel frame appeared to be sharp, and the metal screws could rub against the slings when hoisted upwards by the crane.
