OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in which employees were exposed to falls up to 24.5-feet while working from a pallet on the forks of a telehandler.  On or about November 14, 2023, during the installation of windows at the job site located at 2001 West 17th Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113; the employer did not ensure employees using a pallet on the forks of the SKYJACK SJ843 TH as an elevated work platform, were protected from a fall of 24.5-feet by use of a manufactured approved standing platform or fall protection.
