29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1):  One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:   a) Jobsite, 41 Prestley Road, Bridgeville, PA 15017:   On or about October 26, 2023, a pulley at the base of an Anaconda brand wheeled conveyor system (model number ST5032, serial number ST5032-008) was not guarded. The wheeled conveyor system was being used with a 2009 Doppstadt SM 726  Profi brand trommel screen (serial number: W09721224920D38043).  Employees working in the area of the wheeled conveyor system were exposed to caught-by hazards created by the unguarded belt and pulley.   b)  Jobsite, 41 Prestley Road, Bridgeville, PA 15017:   On or about October 26, 2023, a 2009 Doppstadt SM 726  Profi brand trommel screen (serial number: W09721224920D38043) was not equipped with proper guarding.  Areas on both sides of the machine that house longitudinal and transverse belts were were not guarded.  Also, the opening to the rotating screen was not guarded to keep employees from entering the area while in operation.  Employees were operating the machine were exposed to hazards created by the rotating belts, pulleys, and screen.
