Cross braces were used as a means of access.  a- 2-4 Wedge Hill Lane, Montvale NJ: Employees engaged in stucco activities from the second, third and fifth section of a tubular welded frame scaffold work platform were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 12, 18 and 24ft to the ground below in which a means of scaffold access was not utilized. Condition noted on or about 11/15/2023.
