29 CFR  1910.303(b)(2):Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling:  At a worksite located at 10015 County Road 180 Carthage, MO 64836, employees were exposed to electrical fire and electrical shock hazards.  The employer exposed the employees to these hazards by allowing them to utilize electrical extension cords to power electrical equipment.  Instances of exposure include but are not limited to:  Instance 1:  An electrical extension cord was used to provide electrical power to a "Tiger Stop" near the center of the facility.  Instance 2:  An electrical extension cord was used to provide electrical power to a "Tiger Stop" near the northern wall of the facility.  Instance 3:  An electrical extension cord was used to provide electrical power to a DeWalt chop saw near the northern wall of the facility.

The employer exposed the employees to these hazards by allowing them to handle chemicals that include Novaflex multipurpose adhesive sealant, Tremglaze S1400 sealant, and DealSeal N-300 sealant, without first developing and implementing a written hazard communication program for handling the chemicals.
