29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):"Residential construction." Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure. Exception: When the employer can demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems, the employer shall develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of 1926.502.  a) New Construction at The Reserve at Calcutta Subdivision, 177 Montgomery Drive, Lot #183, Stockbridge, GA 30281, Front Roof: On or about 11/15/2023, the employer exposed an employee to fall hazards while working on a roof with an eave height higher than 21-feet, 4-inches from the lower ground level, in that a fall protection system was not provided while employees were engaged in framing activities.

29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1):The employer shall ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation.  a) a) New Construction at The Reserve at Calcutta Subdivision, 177 Montgomery Drive, Lot #183, Stockbridge, GA 30281, Front Roof: On or about 11/15/2023, the employer exposed an employee to struck-by hazards, in that, employees were not provided eye protection when engaged in framing activities, utilizing a Metabo Nail Gun, operating at 120 PSI.

The employer shall ensure that electrical equipment is free from recognized hazards that are likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees.   a) New Construction at The Reserve at Calcutta Subdivision, 177 Montgomery Drive, Lot #183, Stockbridge, GA 30281, Garage: On or about 11/15/2023, employees were exposed to shock hazards, in that, the employer did not ensure that electrical extension cords were inspected or free from any defects when working with a Metabo nail gun and a Honda Jenny Compressor.
