29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(iv): Front-end loaders and similar pieces of equipment were used to support scaffold platforms without being specifically designed by the manufacturer for such use: a) Jobsite located at 1314 Spring Garden St., Philadelphia, PA. On or about November 15, 2023, the employer did not ensure the metal platform used to elevate an employee from the forks of the rough-terrain forklift was specifically designed by the manufacturer for such use.
