29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level shall be protected from falling to that lower level by fall protection established in paragraphs (g)(1)(i)-(vii) of this section   On or about November 16, 2023, Employees were exposed to fall hazards in approximately 12-18 feet height while performing masonry construction activities from a metal frame scaffold. No fall protection was being utilized.  No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): "Residential construction." Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure.   On or about November 16, 2023, Employees were exposed to fall hazards in approximately 12 to 18   feet while engaged in residential construction  activities. Fall protection was not being utilized while employees were on the roof engaged in applying stucco on residential structure.    No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.
