29 CFR 1926.501(b)(2)(i): Each employee who was constructing a leading edge 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  Location: 2686 White Mountain Highway, N. Conway, NH  On or about November 20, 2023, employees removing and replacing a floor were not protected from a fall of approximately 8 feet where fall protection was not utilized.
