OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to crushed-by hazards:   a) Dairy Barn 1: On and prior to November 9th, 2023, employees access and put away tools that are hung between a cement wall and metal cattle crowd gate in order to clean a drain that runs the length of the wall while the gate is moving towards the stop position. The stop position of the metal cattle crowd gate was approximately 4 to 6 inches from the wall which exposed employees to crushed-by hazards.
