On or about 11/28/2023, the employer did not maintain a written hazard communication program that was updated to meet the 2012 GHS requirements, including references to updated training requirements, Safety Data Sheets, and updated labeling requirements.

29 CFR 1904.7(b)(3)(vii): The employer did not correctly record the number of calendar days of injury or illnesses cases on the OSHA 300 Log which resulted in days away from work or days of job transfer or restriction by capping the number of days at 180 days:  Location - Throughout.  On or about 11/28/2023, the employer had not entered the number of calendar days away for an injury on the 2023 OSHA 300 log.
