29 CFR 1910.22(a)(3): Walking-working surfaces were not maintained free of hazards such as sharp or protruding objects, loose boards, corrosion, leaks, spills, snow, and ice:  (a) On November 28, 2023, employees walking and working near the General gluing machine were exposed to a tripping hazard in that the left arm of the infeed table had been extended by welding angle iron to it and projected out into the walkway.  (b) On November 28, 2023, employees walking and working near the General gluing machine were exposed to a tripping hazard in that the right arm of the infeed table had been extended by welding angle iron to it and projected out into the walkway.
