29 CFR 1910.36(e)(1): A side-hinged door was not used to connect any room to an exit route: a. On or about November 29, 2023, at 621 Snively Avenue, Winter Haven, Florida, employees working in the AFC freezer were exposed to a fire and other emergency evacuation hazards, in that, horizontal sliding doors, as opposed to a side-hinge door, was used to connect the AFC Freezer to the adjoining pallet room and to the adjoining cross-dock area and to the adjoining AFC Dry room.
