29 CFR  1910.36(d)(1):Employee(s) were not able to open an exit route door from the inside at all times without keys, tools, or special knowledge:  (a) Highway 62, Crater Lake National Park, Oregon 97604, 1 Sager enforcement building, on or about November 29, 2023 and at times prior thereto: Employees were exposed to potential burns and smoke inhalation from a malfunctioning exit route door that would not unlock from the inside impeding employee's ability to exit building.
