29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i)(D): Except as elsewhere required or permitted by this standard, live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by use of approved cabinets or other forms of approved enclosures or by elevation of 2.44 m (8.0 ft) or more above the floor or other working surface: a) Storage Garage, where light fixtures equipped with unguarded florescent light bulbs included: 1. Shelving Unit, where employees were exposed to florescent light fixtures equipped with unguarded bulbs when using ladders to access shipping boxes located on the top shelf. 2. Pulley System, where employees were exposed to florescent light fixtures equipped with unguarded bulbs when utilizing the overhead pulley system to position the canoe.
