29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): The ladder extension was positioned such that deflection under a load, by itself, would cause the ladder to slip off its support: a) At 2905 Koniar Way, IRH Foley Building 1, Foley, Alabama: On November 30, 2023; the employer allowed his employees to use an extension ladder to gain access to the roof and the rails of the ladder did not extend at least three feet above the roof landing to provide safe access exposing his employees to a fall hazard of 27 feet to the ground below.
